Tilan, Inc. took over management of Oceanique in March, 2004 at the request of the Oceanique Boards of Directors who had investigated the operations and reputation of the Las Olas properties. The Nolan’s long dreamed of managing this beautiful little oceanfront resort and restoring it to the high quality Tilan demands. It has succeeded and Oceanique has become a true boutique resort.

The two buildings with condominiums are four stories tall and have only 12 condominiums in each building. The first floors are garages and there are 4 suites per floor. All are directly oceanfront. There is a pool and hot tub between the buildings as well as a large clubhouse where activities take place.

The condominiums are over 1300 square feet with large balconies. They are 2 bedroom/2 bath suites with three TVs, full size washers and dryers, and have large roman tubs in the master baths.

Staff
We got bunches, and many are related to each other by blood, or having followed each other down from somewhere up north to become part of the beachlubs.com family. More on this later.
