Las Olas Resorts, Inc. began construction on Las Olas Beach Club
of Cocoa Beach in 1986 and opened it’s doors on June1, 1988.
There are 28 Suites ranging from 1 bedrooms to several 3
bedrooms. Mr. and Mrs. Matey are still involved in the
management and daughter Rebecca “Becky” Matey and Tom Matey, Jr.
have been part of the staff since the early 1990’s, having moved
up from the Satellite Beach location.
