Our Cocoa Beach resort is within walking distance of the world-famous Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to popular shopping destinations like Ron Jon Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Surf Company, and Historic Cocoa Village.


And of course, there are the NASA rocket launches, which you can watch from here at the resort!

    $1,675.00 to $1,799.00 (+ 12% tax)


    Price varies based on season and availability.

    All weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

    Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

  • 2 Bed/2 Bath Rental Rates (Poolside)

    2025:

    $1,925.00 to $2,225.00 (+ 12% tax)


    Price varies based on season and availability.

    All weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

    Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

  • 2 Bed/2 Bath Rental Rates (Oceanfront)

    2025:

    $2,299.00 to $2,599.00 (+ 12% tax)

    All weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

    Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

  • 3 Bed/2 Bath Rental Rates (Oceanfront)

    2025:

    $2,599.00 to $2,899.00 (+ 12% tax)

    All weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

    Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

  • Resort Rules
    • $750 deposit required per week to confirm reservation. If cancelled 60 days in advance, full deposit returned; if cancelled 31-59 days in advance, 1/2 deposit is returned; if cancelled 30 days or fewer before check-in, deposit is nonrefundable.

    • All reservations require a refundable $200.00 security deposit (cash or credit card hold/pre-authorization).

    • Maximum occupancy limits are stated above and strictly enforced, children included.

    • All rental dates must fall within our Saturday to Saturday weekly schedule. 7-night minimum rental.

    • Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

    • No pets allowed.

    • No smoking allowed inside the units.
