Our vacation condos provide plenty of space to relax and recharge. All units feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private oceanfront balcony.


Enjoy the sun in the resort pool and hot tub, or take a walk on the beach using our gated beach access. We host weekly pool activities that may include karaoke, Bingo, trivia, crafts, live music, and other fun events!

ABOUT THE AREA

Welcome to Satellite Beach, a "hidden gem" beach town in Florida that offers sunny winters and cool ocean breezes in the summer. The local area provides plenty of nearby shopping and dining options, and our resort is only a short drive to popular activities like airboat rides, catamaran cruises, kayaking, theme parks, and more. And of course, there are the NASA rocket launches, which you can watch from here at the resort!


Satellite Beach is one of the most popular sea turtle nesting sites in North America. Guests frequently see dolphins, whales, and other Florida wildlife right from their balcony, and winter guests may see manatees in local canals during cooler weather.


Our friendly staff are happy to provide recommendations for activities, restaurants, shopping, and more so you get the most out of your vacation.

Rental Rates & Rules

    $350 + 12% tax

    Rentals less than 7 nights are subject to approval. 3 night minimum.

  • Resort Rules
    • $500 deposit required per rental week to hold your reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable for reservations canceled within 45 days of the check-in date.

    • We accept payment by credit card, check, or cash.

    • Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

    • Minimum check-in age is 21 years old.

    • Maximum occupancy is six (6) persons, children, & infants included.

    • Extra persons cost $200.00 per person up to 8 occupants total.

    • No pets allowed.

    • SMOKING or VAPING of any substance is prohibited indoors and within pool gates.

    • We allow 2 cars per unit: 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in the parking lot. If you need to bring more than 2 vehicles, please contact the resort prior to your arrival.

    • WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC FLOORPLAN, FLOOR, OR BUILDING FOR ANY RENTAL.
